Bharat Voice is an educational technology service created to assist students in India and worldwide through bilingual voice-first and text-first artificial intelligence learning tools.

3 User Accounts, Eligibility & Access Modes
Bharat Voice offers multiple access tiers for user convenience:
- Guest Access: Users may use foundational study tools without creating an account or providing personal credentials.
- Google Authentication: Users may sign in via Google OAuth to synchronize test scores, flashcard history, and custom study plans across devices.
- Age Suitability: The platform is designed for educational use. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
4 AI-Generated Content & Educational Disclaimer
Educational Assistance Notice: Bharat Voice provides AI-generated explanations, practice questions, and study summaries for revision and conceptual understanding. While designed to adhere closely to standard educational curricula (such as NCERT, CBSE, and state boards), outputs should not be treated as a definitive substitute for official textbooks or certified educators.
You agree and acknowledge that:
- AI models may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or simplified explanations.
- Students must cross-verify exam dates, official syllabi, and textbook answers against official school or board curriculum before examinations.
- Bharat Voice and its creators are not liable for academic outcomes, exam scores, or test grades resulting from reliance on the platform.
5 Acceptable Use Policy
When using Bharat Voice, you agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to prompt-inject, jailbreak, exploit, or bypass safety guardrails of the AI models.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or automate bulk data retrieval without prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy platform source code, voice orchestration, or proprietary prompts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of our servers and infrastructure.
6 Third-Party Services & Google AdSense
Bharat Voice incorporates third-party services to deliver free educational access to students:
- Google AdSense Advertising: We display advertisements served by Google AdSense and third-party advertising networks to Guest users to maintain free access. By using Bharat Voice, you acknowledge that Google and its advertising partners may use cookies (such as the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites on the Internet.
- Ad Personalization Opt-Out: You may manage or opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings or via aboutads.info.
- External Links: Ads or external resources may link to third-party websites. Bharat Voice does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content or policies.
7 Subscriptions, Upgrades & Payments
Bharat Voice provides optional premium upgrades (such as the Maha Shakti tier) processed securely through authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay):
- Transparent Pricing: All fees, validity periods, and inclusions are displayed prior to purchase.
- Payment Security: Payment information is processed directly by Razorpay according to PCI-DSS security standards. Bharat Voice does not store debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Refunds: Digital subscription services are activated immediately. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis as detailed in our refund terms or by contacting our support team.
8 Intellectual Property
All brand assets, names, logos, custom software code, UI designs, and audio-visual assets comprising Bharat Voice are the proprietary property of Bharat Voice. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bharat Voice strictly for individual learning purposes.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bharat Voice, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of goodwill, academic performance variations, or service downtime arising from your use or inability to use the service.
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Bharat Voice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
